Therapy for the Creative Thinker
Hello!
I’m Jennifer.
I specialize in providing therapeutic services to children ages 6-12, teen girls, and adults going through life transitions.
Parents: You have a creative thinker, but they don’t seem to have a place to be themselves. Your child, with their vibrant imagination and unique perspective, may be struggling to find a space where they can truly be themselves. You are seeking a therapist who can appreciate their creativity, nurture their sensitivity, and guide them in developing the confidence and coping skills necessary for a fulfilling life.
Teens: You feel misunderstood and unheard. Your parents don’t get it. You look around, and everyone else seems to have this magical thing called confidence. They throw it around like confetti at a party, and you're just standing there, feeling like you missed the invitation. It's okay to feel a bit lost, like you're trying to navigate a maze blindfolded. I'm here to help you. Let’s make art! Let’s laugh at your daily fumbles. Let’s figure this out.
Adults: You’re feeling lost from one life transition into another or need someone to help empower you to take the next step. Maybe you are at the start of your journey, and feel overwhelmed with the options on your path. You have a desire to evolve, to create the best version of yourself, and not just survive but thrive in the process.
My office is located in Camden, Maine. I offer both in person and online sessions.
